Jinin S Varghese has a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.) and Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from the historic Serampore University, Delhi. His studies in social ethics, counseling, human psychology, and cross-cultural communication shape the way he guides students, ensuring every recommendation is thoughtful, honest, and focused on their long-term growth.
Over the years, Jinin has worked extensively across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, supporting rural and underprivileged communities. He has mentored first-generation learners, developed wellness programs, and guided students to transition into higher education with clarity, confidence, and self-assurance. Basil Baby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources, with expertise in strategic planning, personnel management, consumer psychology, and resource allocation. Combining academic knowledge with practical experience, he has built a successful career spanning entrepreneurship, grassroots to business, and corporate leadership.
Starting as an entrepreneur and freelancer, Basil gained hands-on experience in understanding market dynamics, client needs, and business operations. He later advanced into the corporate sector, working as a senior executive in real estate, where he demonstrated industrial leadership and strategic decision-making.
With this diverse experience, Basil brings a unique perspective to education advisory, ensuring that every student receives guidance that is transparent, practical, and tailored to their goals. His vision is to help students make the right choices for their future, whether in domestic institutions or international programs.
